The purpose of this portal is to allow employees the opportunity to improve the information available about the healthcare providers they utilize or may wish to utilize. Two major differences about our service:
Credibility of the Reviews - Only patients who have received care from a
provider (verified in our system by a matching medical claim) are posted which ensures
credibility of the reviews.
Quality Improvement - Reviews are verified and analyzed by Independent Healthcare Initiatives (a completely independent company) and poorly rated providers are forwarded to your insurance provider. Issues, results and resolutions are tracked and reported.
